Last Man Standing (LMS)

📋 Basic Rules

• Pick one team each week from the top 4 English divisions (league games only unless stated otherwise).

• Win = you advance

• Lose = you’re out

• One draw is allowed per account

• Second draw = elimination

🗓️ Fixtures & Deadlines

• Fixtures run Friday to Monday.

• Deadline: Friday at 4pm.

• If there are 10 or more Tuesday–Thursday fixtures, a midweek round may be run (this is admin’s decision).

🏟️ Game Selection

• Admin decides which games are included each round.

• Admin may include:

• Cup games

• Playoffs

• Random league fixtures

• Note: This can happen up to 5 times during the competition.

🚫 No Repeat Picks

• You cannot pick the same team twice.

• It is your responsibility to track your previous picks.

• Duplicate picks or picking a team not listed on the website:

• Counts as a loss if not corrected before the round’s cutoff time.

⚠️ Missed Picks

• If no pick is submitted before the deadline, the system will automatically select:

• The lowest-ranked team

• From the lowest league

• Based on that week’s league positions.

⏱️ Postponed & Abandoned Matches

• Postponed after the deadline → Automatic win.

• You cannot win the competition on a postponed game.

• Pick again the following week if more than 1 player remains.

• If you are the only remaining player on a postponed game → Rollover.

• If rescheduled within 3 days and you are the last player standing, the game is played.

• Abandoned matches:

• Over 60 minutes played → Result stands at time of abandonment.

• Under 60 minutes played → Automatic win to the next round.

💰 Buy Back In

If you go out in week one, or use your first draw, you may:

• Buy back in or Buy another draw.

• Cost: £5.

📱 Communication

You will receive one email per round with fixtures and rules. All information will also be posted in:

• WhatsApp group

• Facebook group

• Telegram Group

• Note: No multiple reminders. It is your responsibility to join the groups and submit your pick on time.

👥 Multiple Accounts

• Maximum 3 accounts per player.

• Accounts must be named as:

Your Name 1,

Your Name 2,

Your Name 3.

• If you have multiple accounts:

• You must continue playing until only one of your accounts remains.

• You may play against yourself.

• Only one account can be the Last Man Standing.

🤝 Alliances & Disputes

• Alliances: Alliances are allowed. The game must be played to completion; there can only be one Last Man Standing.

• Disputes: Any disputes will be referred to the LMS Commissioner or possibly put to a members’ vote.
